The Hammersmith Odeon
Hammersmith, London, England

The Hammersmith Odeon, currently known as The Eventim Apollo, was opened in 1932 as the Gaumont Palace. The building was (and is) known as a popular venue in London for musical acts. The venue seated approximately 3,500 people and currently holds 5,000 standing room.

Queen performed the Hammersmith Odeon multiple times in their career, most notably their Christmas Eve concert in 1975 that was broadcast on BBC television and radio.

Queen revisited Hammersmith in 1979 as part of the Crazy Tour. Part of the concert was broadcast and a single track, Now I'm Here, appears on the Concerts For The People Of Kampuchea album.

Queen + Adam Lambert performed three sold out shows at the venue in 2012.
